This policy covers tangfeet.com, the Tang Foot Spa iOS app, our booking and rewards systems, and related SMS and email communications. These services are operated by C&C KINGDOM INC, doing business as New Tang Dynasty Foot Spa / Tangfeet.
Depending on the features you use, we collect:
• Name — to identify your appointment
• Phone number — for appointment communication and verification (OTP)
• Email address — for booking confirmations and verification codes
• Mailing address — when you choose to save it with your customer profile
• Appointment details — services, date, time, party size, therapist preference, status, and notes you provide
• Account and security data — account identifier, random signed session token, login and security records, and a one-way password hash; we do not store your plain password
• App notification data — an Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token and notification preference used only to deliver and manage app notifications
• Rewards and visit activity — points, reward codes, referrals, and qualifying completed visits
• Website security and diagnostics — limited device, browser, IP address, request, performance, and error information processed by Cloudflare when you use our website
We use your information solely for:
• Sending appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule notifications
• Sending cancellation notices and post-visit review invitations when enabled
• Delivering appointment-related push notifications when you allow notifications in the iOS app
• Sending one-time verification codes (OTP) to verify your identity
• Contacting you about your appointment if needed
• Maintaining your customer profile, login, booking history, and rewards
• Preventing abuse, protecting accounts, maintaining website reliability, troubleshooting, and complying with legal obligations
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we send transactional messages related to your appointments, account verification, and eligible post-visit review requests. We do not sell your number or send third-party marketing SMS messages. Message frequency varies by booking. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, email address, or any personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with:
• Twilio — to deliver SMS messages on our behalf
• Resend / Amazon SES — to deliver email confirmations
• Cloudflare — for secure data storage, website hosting, security, and limited website performance diagnostics
• Apple — for APNs delivery and address suggestions requested in the iOS app through Apple MapKit
• Apple Maps or Google Maps — only when you choose to open directions; the destination address is passed to the selected maps service
When you type an address in the iOS app, the text you enter may be processed by Apple MapKit to return address suggestions. Tangfeet does not use those typed search fragments for advertising or sell them. Opening directions leaves the Tang Foot Spa app and is governed by the privacy terms of the maps service you select.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, security, and legal compliance.
You can delete an iOS app account from My Account → Delete account. Deletion revokes the account session, cancels future active appointments, removes the customer profile, password hash, rewards, referral, verification, membership, and message-history records, and clears local secure storage. Past appointment records may be retained only as anonymized operational records with direct identifiers removed. Limited masked audit or token-revocation records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
A merchant safety restriction is separate from a customer account. If the business previously restricted a phone number from making appointments, account deletion removes the original phone number and email from that restriction but retains a keyed HMAC identifier so the restriction cannot be bypassed by deleting and recreating an account. The HMAC value is not displayed as a phone number and is used only to compare future registration and booking attempts. Only authenticated business staff can remove the restriction.
You have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your account from the iOS app or by contacting us
• Opt out of SMS messages at any time (reply STOP)
• Ask us to stop optional email communications by contacting the business email below; essential booking messages may still be sent when needed to provide a requested service
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
