These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tangfeet.com and the services provided by New Tang Dynasty Foot Spa ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance either online, by phone, or in person.
A valid phone number and email address are required to complete an online booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service, reschedule, or cancel any appointment.
Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at full price.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Free cancellation: Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your appointment with no charge.
Late cancellation / no-show: Repeated no-shows (3 or more) may result in your number being added to our internal do-not-book list.
To cancel, reply to your confirmation SMS, click the cancel link in your confirmation email, or call us at (904) 746-7177.

3. SMS and Email Communications

    By providing your phone number and email address and checking the consent box during booking, you consent to receive:
    Appointment confirmation (sent once after booking)
Reminder 24 hours before your appointment
Reminder 2 hours before your appointment
Reschedule or cancellation notices (only if your appointment changes)

    Message frequency: approximately 1–5 messages per appointment cycle. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. Reply HELP for help.
  

We do not send marketing, promotional, or third-party content via SMS. All SMS messages are directly related to a booking you have made.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your session at our physical location.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments.
Prices shown on our website reflect current rates and are subject to change without notice.
Tipping is customary but not required.

5. Health and Safety

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy that may affect your session.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment is unsafe for you.
Our services are for relaxation and wellness only. They do not replace medical treatment or diagnosis.

6. Conduct

We maintain a professional environment. Inappropriate behavior — including harassment of staff, intoxication, or solicitation — will result in immediate termination of service without refund, and the individual may be permanently blocked from future bookings.

7. Website and Account

You are responsible for keeping your phone number and email current.
Do not share your verification codes with anyone.
You may not use automated tools to make bookings or scrape our site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Tang Dynasty Foot Spa's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific appointment in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Duval County, Florida.
