What you'll receive: Appointment confirmations, reminders (24 hours before), reschedule notifications, and one-time verification codes (OTP) for booking authentication.

What you will NOT receive: Promotional content, marketing offers, third-party advertisements, or unsolicited messages.

2. Message Frequency

Approximately 1–5 messages per booking. Total volume varies based on how often you book appointments.

3. Cost

We do not charge for messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for specific pricing.

4. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message (immediate opt-out)
• Replying UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL
